About Us
Amy Parker - Broker, has spent the last 13 years managing a
wide range of properties including suburban office buildings,
corporate facilities, and retail centers. Tenants include Honeywell,
Microsoft, Spiegel, and a wide range of small businesses.
Amy obtained her RPA (Real Property Administrative) designation though
BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) in 2005 and is
currently active in the BOMA organization. Amy is a dedicated
professional and continues to
educate herself in all related subject matters
including state and national real estate legislation and local
laws.

 Beth Peterson graduated
from the University of Washington in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Communications and Minor in Speech Communications. With
nearly 10 years of professional work experience, Beth brings a
wealth of knowledge and experience to Parker Property. Beth’s
expertise includes sales, marketing and public relations with an
emphasis on client satisfaction. A Seattle native and current
Eastside resident, Beth exhibits a strong knowledge of the Puget Sound
real estate market.
 Katie
Kalamakis graduated from Washington State University
in 2002
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with an
emphasis in Management Information Systems. She has a strong
technology background and considerable business management
experience. Katie has worked in Property Management over the past
five years, assisting with the management of commercial office
buildings in the Eastside area. Katie has built successful client
relations over the years by working closely with both tenants and
owners to satisfy their property and personal needs and goals. Katie
has coordinated special events for Tenants and Properties, and as
well as supervised all on-site vendors and administrative staff
member. Katie offers knowledge and intensity to each new opportunity
presented.
